10 Smoothies For Breakfast That Works
I have battled belly fat for many years and for some us with child bearing scars it does not make things easy. But I must say after many experimentation with different food types (not diet) I found a few that did make me realise its food can actually help fix some of my unwanted issues like belly fat. To be honest smoothies have been a life saver for me combined with exercise which I shall not talk about right now. But if you eating the right foods and the tummy is still resistant ( yeah it can be resistant, like I am happy they way I am Haha) try tummy exercises. People say oh you cant target body exercise it worked and still works for me.

The combination of eating the right foods and exercise will work out for you if you are consistent. Start with 1 everyday for 7 days for your breakfast and see the results for yourself. If nothing happens continue for another 7 days and consider watching what you eat on different other times so you don’t sabotage your efforts.
Eliminate all packaged foods by all means if you can and eat only fresh wholesome food. Honey is good but in moderation. 1. Chocolate Smoothie
2 handfuls Spinach/Kale – 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds – 2 Tbsp Raw Oats – 1 Tbsp Cacao powder (not cocoa) – ½ Tsp Cinnamon 1 apple- ½ Avocado 450 ml of Water and blend together.
2. Creamy Berry Smoothie
2 handfuls of spinach/kale – ½ Avocado- ½ cup mixed berries/strawberries – ¼ Cup Oats- ½ Tsp Cinnamon – 2 Tbsp Raw Oats 450 ml Water and blend together.
3. Energiser Smoothie
1 Pear- 2 handfuls of spinach – 11 Raw Almonds – ½ Tbsp Flax seed (not flax meal) – 1 Tsp Macca Root Powder – 450 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk. And blend togehter
4. Uplifting Smoothie
1 Small banana – 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder – 2 Tbsp Goji Berries – 1 Tsp Honey – Aloe Vera (fresh is better skin removed) – 450 ml Coconut Water 2 Tbsp Raw Oats. And blend together.
5. Anti Depressing Smoothie
1 handful Kale – 1 handful spinach – 4 medium strawberries – ½ Banana – ½ Tbs Flax Seed – 1 Handful crushed walnuts – 2 Tbsp Raw Oats – 450 ml Coconut water and blend together.
6. Calming Smoothie
1 Handful Spinach – ¼ Cup Cooked Chickpeas – 4 Strawberries – ½ Banana – 1 Tsp Cinnamon – 450 ml Almond Milk – ½ Avocado
7. Hormones Smoothie
2 Handful Spinach/ Swiss Chad – 1 Banana – 1 Tbsp Tahini – 6 Almonds – 6 Cashews – 40 ml Water – 2 Tbps Raw Oats
8. Cooling Smoothie
2 Handfuls Spinach/Kale – 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder – 1 Tsp Sesame seeds (Organic Tahini) – 10 Cashew nuts – 450 ml Coconut Milk.
2 Handfuls Kale – 1 Cup Fresh Parsley – 1 Small Cucumber (skin removed) – -2 Celery Stalk Chopped – ½ Pear – 1 ½ Inch Ginger root (organic better) 1 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – 450 ml Water

1 small handful Goji Berries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Granulated Coconut
2 Tbsp Oats
10 Almonds/Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
