Avocado quick meals are the way to go. I have shared my best of avocado meals on the go. There seems to be not enough time to make a healthy meal and the resort to takeaway food. Here are quick, easy, cheap meals you can make with avocado and they are delicious and filling.
Avocado and Lemon: it is a great pairing full of freshness and zest and added creamy avocado. Drizzle lemon juice on the avocado and let the citrus freshness burst in your mouth. It is better in the morning as this will fill you up without feeling heavy. it is my go-to morning meal I would not miss it.
If you are struggling with reducing that tummy try this for a week and see the results for your self. For added fiber and nutrients add some greens and you are good to go.
Avocado and Tuna: Drizzle lemon juice on the avocado, add salt and pepper. Mix tuna with a moderate amount of your favorite mayo and mix it together and top of the Avocado. I am salivating as I am writing this article. That is how yummy this meal is. Full of nutrients and so satisfying. What more could you ask for!
Add a few leaves and you have yourself a nice healthy yummy salad.
Egg and Avocado: This is my favorite meal. If I eat this meal, I will probably eat one more meal for the day. Sometimes I don’t have enough time to eat a lot or snack as I find one good meal filling for a long time. Eggs are so nourishing if eaten well as too much can cause cholesterol build up in the arteries. But if you make eggs a part of a healthy diet they are ok. Avocado is full of good fats that nourish the body for a long time by keeping hunger at a distance.
