About the Ingredients
You can use a mix of red and white cabbage remove the first course leaves
Mayonnaise adds creaminess
Lemon Juice add zesty and freshness. You can substitute with Apple Cider vinegar
Dijon Mustard add a bit of heat and extra flavour

Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- ½ of Medium Sized Red Cabbage Shredded in the food processor
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Medium Carrots Shredded in the food processor
- ½ Medium Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic Optional
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise of your choice.
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Optional
Instructions
- Mix Vegetable Ingredients in a Large bowl After Shredding
- Add the Mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic and stir together until mixed
- Serve with a desired Main Dish
Notes
Serve on a burger, with a pasta dish, barbecue or grilled seafood.
