Easy Coleslaw Side Dish to Make in Less Than 20 Minutes this Coleslaw is fresh, crunchy and creamy delicious. The Recipe is packed with fresh ingredients and can be made in advance and kept in a resealable bag in the Fridge

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just love the colour of this Red Purple Cabbage it screams Nutrition all the way because of the colour

 

About the Ingredients

You can use a mix of red and white cabbage remove the first course leaves

Mayonnaise adds creaminess

Lemon Juice add zesty and freshness. You can substitute with Apple Cider vinegar

Dijon Mustard add a bit of heat and extra flavour

All the Ingredients are packed with Freshness and Nutrition

This easy Coleslaw is packed with fresh ingredients and it tastes delicious. This makes a healthy and gluten free lunch or dinner side dish that is so easy to make.

 

 

Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • ½ of Medium Sized Red Cabbage Shredded in the food processor
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Medium Carrots Shredded in the food processor
  • ½ Medium Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Optional
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise of your choice.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix Vegetable Ingredients in a Large bowl After Shredding
  • Add the Mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic and stir together until mixed
  • Serve with a desired Main Dish

Notes

Serve on a burger, with a pasta dish, barbecue or grilled seafood.
