4 Meals with Limited  Ingredients. I decided to do this meal challenge as I come across many people who find it difficult to utilise simple everyday ingredients to make different meals. The idea is to keep it simple with the flavourings and all.


Chickpeas 1 Cup

I large Carrot

Half head Cauliflower

String Beans  about 8

Kale 1 Cup

Onions 1 Large

Crushed Tomatoes 1 Cup



Italian mix


Chilli flakes





Kale Carrots and Chickpeas                 Stir fry kale, carrots & Chickpeas              Teriyaki Salmon, beans and avocado       Cauliflower rice , Salmon and Avocado
