250g Firm Tofu brown down
2 Medium Potatoes cooked and crushed
Small Onion thinly sliced red onion
1 Egg optional
4 Tbs Coco aminos Soy alternative
2 Cloves garlic grated
1 Tbs ginger grated

Baked Tofu Patties

    Baked Tofu Patties are a different way to enjoy tofu. You can use them in salads or use as a side meal, lunchbox meal or for meal prep as they are still for another 2 days.

    Prepare the potatoes by cutting them into random pieces and boil them until soft. In a separate bowl break the tofu using your hands or food processor. Do not break down the tofu too much, using your hands will give you control over that and the right texture will be achieved.

    When the potatoes have cooked and cooled down combine all the ingredients together and mix with a spoon or your hands. Season with salt and pepper and begin to make into patties using the palms of your hands. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy with a salad or on their own.
