Adjust Servings:
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
2 Scoops Protein Powder get some good quality organic if you can
1 Handful Pumpkin Seeds
1 Handful Sunflower seeds
1 Handful Cashew Nuts any nuts will do except peanuts
600ml Water or nut milk if preferred

    Put all the ingredients together in a blender cup and pulse for 3-5 seconds depending on how powerful your blender is off course. Served straight away with your favourite toping and enjoy.
