OMG! I am so thrilled to read this. I started keto on October 20, 2021 and have lost 15 pounds so far. One of the foods I love – but I’m getting bored with – is cauliflower rice. So it’s interesting that this article is on Broccoli rice. I’ve seen it in stores, but was skeptical. But looking at the third recipe, adding onions, olive oil and mushrooms, I’m starting to get some ideas. I’ll definitely be back for more recipes. Great job.
