Add the leftover brown rice and mix through. Turn off the heat and leave to cool. |

When the mixture is cool add an egg, mix through and begin to make balls to a desired size using the palm of your hands. Lay baking sheet on a oven tray deep or shallow. Assemble your balls on the tray without touching each other. Bake in the oven @180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown. |
