Clean Cabbage Salad: I love cabbage Salads of all types as long as they don’t have mayonnaise in them. I never actually tried one without until I came across this recipe and thought not only does it have all good ingredients but it is also clean.

Put all the dressing ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth consistency is achieved add a bit more vinegar for some more tangy taste. Parsely, cashews, white wine vinegar, garlic chives, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. You can omit the nutritional yeast sub with coconut yoghurt 3 Tbsp. |
