Adjust Servings:
½ Cabbage White cabbage half of medium sized cabbage
3 Stalks Celery dices
1 small Red Onion sliced
1 Large Carrots Grated
Salad Dressing
1 Clove garlic
3 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
half Tsp Thyme
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Salt and Pepper

Healthy Cabbage Salad

Cabbage is a a humble vegetable that has been eaten for centuries and it does not seem like it is going any where. You can use this salad as a side dish and it is very easy to make.



    • Salad Dressing



    Cabbage is one of my favourite ingredients of all time. I am learning to be versatile with this delicious healthy humble vegetable. This cabbage salad has become a staple in our house. It started when we mad it with leftover veggies and it has since found a spot in our regular meals.





    Combine all the vegetable ingredients together and mix well.


    Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad and mix well. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy.
