Directions
Kale and Feta salad is my go-to salad. It is packed with nutrients. It is so satisfying you don’t feel hungry after eating this meal. Kale is known to have a lot of antioxidants as well as quinoa. I know you will love this salad as it is such a life saver.

First cook the quinoa on medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Drain and set aside. Chop the kale randomly and put it in a bowl. Now you need to tenderize the kale by giving it a bit of a massage with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Here is how you do it. Drizzle I tbsp of oil on the kale and salt then begin to massage until soft. |
