      Hummus is a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dish used with many dishes. It is a great dish that is so versatile too which means you can use it with many other dishes. I am going to show you how to make this spread or dip from scratch with a twist that I quite enjoy.

      Char grill the capsicum for 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Store in a jar for up to 7 days in the fridge and use as a dip for your chicken bites, for vegetable sticks like carrots or celery, as a spread for your chicken wraps/tortilla, good addition to a cheese platter.
