1 Cup Potatoes baby potatoes
1 cup Broccoli
Chickken 2 drumstick shredded
1 glove garlic chopped
600ml Water
1 small Cube Vegetable stock

    Quick Chicken Veggie Soup is so easy and quick to make. I love how it is so warming and is a good meal to add to a meal plan for keeping your health in check.

    In a large sauce pan bring the drumstick, garlic and the stock cube to boil on medium heat for 20 - 25 minutes. When tender and cooked debone the meat and discard the bones. Shred it or cut it into small pieces and bring it back to the saucepan make sure it is covered in broth and cook for another 5 minutes, Add more water as needed.

    When fully cooked add the beans, cabbage and the broccoli and simmer for 5 more minutes to combine the flavours. Make sure there is enough broth otherwise add water as needed. Turn off he heat and let the soup settle for 2-3 minute. Serve and enjoy.

    The cabbage and broccoli surely add a nice flavor. I always loved cabbage in soups. It looks easy to make and it’s not timeconsumsing at all.

    This is a great looking recipe! Really impressed with how quick it all comes together and I can appreciate that its relatively healthy. Whenever I think of making soup it’s usually a few hours, at least, to make. But this is a great option to try making some weeknight for dinner. Thank you for sharing this soup recipe!
