2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes a mix of yellow and red is good
1 large Cucumber Lebanese diced
1 Small Red Onion Finely sliced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Fresh Basil finely chopped
Salt and Pepper

Quick Tomato Salad


    This recipe is quite versatile you will never get tired of it. Try adding fetta, mozzarella, avocado or even nectarines it is that good. use ripe cherry tomatoes.

    Quick tomato salad is one refreshing salad on a hot day. I like how juicy it is and easy to make. You can literally have this any time of the day. I make this for breakfast sometime and add any egg and I am good to go.



    First of all, prepare the ingredients by cutting the tomatoes in halves and dice cucumber then onion sliced as well. In a large bowl add half of the tomatoes followed by the diced cucumber and then the onions. Finish with the remaining tomatoes and add the basil on the top. Drizzle the olive oil followed by the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper mix well together. Let the salad rest for a few minutes to absorb the juices and enjoy within an hour.
