1 Cup Kale Finely chopped

½ Tsp Ground Coriander
½ Cup Cauliflower

    Whisk the eggs and set aside. Mix all other ingredients with the eggs and put in muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes @180 Degrees Celsius. You can use muffin cups or grease the tray appropriately. Stores in the fridge for 5 days in a tight lid container
