Red Kidney beans is also my favourite.  I have also developed a sauce that does not include tomatoes, and I have been using it in most of my dishes lately. They are o satisfying and yummy and full of nutrients. I make bean dishes in my house 2 to 3 times a week. Some of the dishes I make never make it here. I am sharing this dish as it is the ultimate nutrient dense dish I live on. It is the greens and the legumes so good for you.

    Steps

    1
    Done

Cook the beans in a Instant pot for about 15 minutes depends on the brand. Make sure you keep the sauce that the beans are cooked in. Put the spices, coco amino, veggie stock, onion and garlic in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds or until a smooth consistency is achieved. Prepare a sauce pan and pour the sweet potato mix in the sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for 10minutes or more for increased taste intensity.

    Done

Reduce to low heat and add the beans and cook for another 5 minutes until all is mixed together. Enjoy over rice or with sweet potato, cabbage and chard.
