Shakshuka is a Tunisian dish now popular in middle eastern countries such as Israel. The dish is originally made with tomato base sauce, chillies and boiled eggs. It is an easy meal to feed a group of people without stressing, that sounds like my kinda of meal. It is so tasty and delicious and nutritious. It is gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and so easy to make.
