1 large Carrots grated
Large Red Onion slice
2 Tbsp Coco aminos
2 Medium Cloves garlic

Stir fry Cabbage and Roast Potatoes

This is one of the easiest way to incorporate vegetables in your meal. Stir fry cabbage and roast potatoes is an easy and quick meal for the whole family.

Cut the potatoes into bite sized skin on. In an oven tray drizzle oil on the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes or until soft @180 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile in a sauce pan saute onions (leave some for later) and garlic for 3 minutes add the cabbage and grated carrots and stir fry for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat just before the cabbage starts to wilt and set aside.

In another saucepan stir fry onions and stir through the roast potatoes to the onions and drizzle the coco aminos and serve with the cabbage.
