2 Tsp Harissa Spice Mixor a mix of coriander. caraway, seeds, parsely, oregano, paprika, black pepper, cumin and chilli

Sweet Potato Pumpkin and Lentil Soup The blend of flavours in this soup is delicious. I like the sweetness and the sour it makes this soup taste amazing. It is easy and quick to make and can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.

Prepare the baking tray lined with the baking paper and lay the vegetable. Drizzle some olive oil, honey and season with the spice mix. Make sure all the vegetables are coated with the spices for maximum and consistent flavours. |

Meanwhile, in a saucepan saute some onions and garlic until soft. Add the lentils and the vegetable stock cover and simmer for 8 minutes on medium heat. |
