Ingredients

1 large Avocado Cut in half and seed removed
small tin Tuna preferably in water
2 Tbsp Vegenaise Substitute with egg mayo
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Small Diced Cucumber Substitute with tomato
1 Tsp Djon Mustard
1 Dash Salt and Pepper to taste

    This my favourite food at the moment I am so loving this as it is so filling and delicious.

    Mix together the mayonnaise, apple sider vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. When all mixed together add in the tuna, diced cucumber and or tomatoes .In the meantime cut an avocado in half take the stone out and scoop the tuna mix onto the avocado filling the hole first, Season with salt and pepper and serve.
