  • 500 gr Chicken breast or
  • 4 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Cooking Sake/Mirin
  • 1 Tbs Cornflour
  • 1 Medium Capsicum
  • 1 Bunch Broccolini
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cup Cashew nuts
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic


  • Mix the Sauce soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin and cornflour together and use ¾ of the sauce to marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle oil into the sauce pan and saute onions and garlic until soft. Add the chicken and mix together for 3 minute.
  • Add the sauce and water and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the crushed Cashews and stir through. Remove from heat and serve immediately with brown rice or cauliflower rice.
