From a young age, I’ve always had a passion for empowering others. I wanted people to feel good about themselves, and now, in my adult life, I get to live that passion every day, and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t see it as starting late; I believe I was being prepared, shaped by life experiences, and guided through the process to arrive right here.
I love seeing others live their healthiest, happiest lives. My two adult children push me to be a better person, often without even realizing it. They inspire me to build something meaningful, to leave a legacy they can be proud of.
I’ve always carried empathy in my heart. Helping people feel good about themselves is not just what I do, it’s who I am. We all go through tough times, but what matters is not staying stuck in them. I believe we each hold the inner strength to rise, even from the darkest seasons. Life is simply too short to dwell, it’s meant to be lived fully.
I would like to guide my clients on their journey to self-discovery and embrace their optimal well-being. As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, I blend evidence-based practices with personal experiences and spiritual wisdom to help you achieve your wellness goals and cultivate sustainable lifestyle changes.
I believe that true wellness blends the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being of an individual. Through a holistic approach, I work with my clients to address all these aspects of their lives as they arise so that they become empowered to make smart choices to enrich their overall health. From nutrition and exercise to stress management and mindfulness, I provide tailored support to help individuals unlock their full potential and thrive in every area of their lives.
Experience and Credentials:
I run a successful Natural Medicine Clinic with my husband Benjamin a Clinician. I have a background in Community Services, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds. I have been a coach for over 5 years with a recent Certification in Health and Wellness.
I include Positive Psychology, as I am a big believer in changing habits and behaviour to see lasting results.“I understand that these aspects influence health and wellness more than anything, which allows me to have informed and meaningful discussions with my clients. And when needed, I refer them to the right professionals to ensure they get the best support.
